PLOT: Financed by the Government of Mexico, this is a propoganda film for the children of Mexico. There were issues in the rural areas of the country with poor children attacking bats as a game; this resulted in many children dying of rabies. ONE BATTY FRIDAY! teaches children to treat bats properly by making the child actor (unbilled) a bat-child. The only actor billing for the movie went to a popular chihuahua, “Leonard.”
